How To Make Your Delivery Smooth

  • Answer calls from unknown numbers for the next few days — that's us or your delivery agent.
  • Have your payment ready (cash or transfer) so the agent isn't kept waiting.
  • If you won't be around, tell us on the confirmation call who will receive and pay on your behalf — a sister, brother, colleague, or gateman you trust — and drop their name and number.
  • Your address matters: if anything about your location changes, tell us during the confirmation call, not on delivery day.
