We cannot send out any order that we have not confirmed by phone. If we call three times and cannot reach you, the unit goes to the next person on the list.
We call to confirm
Usually within a few hours, or the next working morning if you ordered late. We confirm your package, your address and a landmark near you.
We send your Ready Home Guide
Straight after the call. Setup, how to use it, and how to clean it after every use so the mesh never blocks. Read it before your unit arrives.
Your unit is delivered
3 to 5 working days. The rider calls before he sets out.
You test it, then you pay
Open the box while the rider waits. Press the button. Watch the mist come out. Check the masks are complete. Then hand over the money.
The exact amount
Riders carry very little change. Have the full amount for your package ready before delivery day.
Someone to receive it
If you will not be around, tell us on the confirmation call who will collect and give us their number. Do not wait until the rider is at your gate.
A landmark
Nigerian addresses are hard to find. A church, a filling station, a school, anything close to you.
One reminder. The unit works with medication from your own doctor or pharmacist. It does not come with medicine and we do not prescribe. If breathing is not settling, go to hospital.
