Delivery is 100% FREE nationwide as part of this promo. Orders placed before 2pm ship the same day. Delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on your region — Greater Accra, Ashanti, and Central regions are usually 2-3 days.

Can I really inspect the kit before paying?

Yes. When the rider arrives, you can open the package, check that everything is included (kit + skipping rope + nutrition guide), and only then hand over the cash. If it's not what we promised, you don't pay. Simple.
