The Opportunity

A phone, a script that works, and a room full of people who win.

Trivo Store sells real products to real customers across Nigeria. Customers order through our ads — your job as a closer is to call them, confirm the sale, handle their questions, and get the product moving to their door.

You will not be cold-calling strangers or chasing people who never showed interest. Every customer you call already raised their hand. Your job is to do what a great closer does: build the want, answer the objection, create the urgency, and close. We give you the training, the script, the system, and a Team Lead who coaches you every single day. What you bring is the drive to use them.

What You Can Earn

This is a performance role. Perform, and the pay shows it.

You earn a base salary every month — and on top of it, commission on every order you close. The harder and smarter you close, the bigger your month. Here is what our closers actually earn:

₦200k+/mo
Our strongest closers earn ₦200,000 and above, month after month.

Base salary plus commission. Your numbers decide your pay — this is a role for people who want what they earn to be in their own hands.

What The Job Actually Is

No mystery. Here is your day.

  • You work from our office in Apo-Dutse, Abuja — this is an in-office role, not remote.
  • Monday to Saturday, full-time. The day starts at 8:00 AM sharp.
  • You call customers who have already ordered, confirm the sale, and handle their questions.
  • You use a company phone and a proven call script — you are never guessing what to say.
  • Your Team Lead coaches you daily — listening to calls, sharpening your close.
  • You hit daily and monthly targets. The closers who hit them are the closers who earn big.

Before You Join

  • Be able to work from our Apo-Dutse, Abuja office — in person, full-time, Monday to Saturday.
  • Own a working Android smartphone (our call tools run on Android).
  • Be available full-time — not studying or planning to study during work hours.
  • Speak clear English and Pidgin.
  • Be ready to be trained, coached, and measured on your performance.
