It works best on slow and partially-blocked drains, and on grease, hair and food build-up. For a drain that is 100% solid, you may need to apply it more than once, and very hard mechanical blockages may still need a plumber. It is always the best and cheapest first thing to try.
Is it safe for my pipes? +
Yes — it is safe for PVC, iron, stainless steel and ABS pipes. Do not use it on aluminium pipes or thin/soft plastic hoses, as a heat reaction happens during cleaning.
