What Happens Next
Our team will call within a few hours to confirm your order and address, and to explain the first application. The call comes from a number you will not recognise. Please pick it up. If you miss it, call the number back.
Delivery is one to three working days in Lagos and major cities, two to five days elsewhere. Keep the cash ready, or if you are paying by transfer, stay with the rider until the alert comes in.
Leave the payment with someone you trust and tell them to expect the package. Give our agent their name when we call.
When It Arrives
Open the sealed package at your door with the rider there. Check the bottles, count the free ones, and check that the printed guide is inside. Pay only if everything is as promised.
Then start the same day. One drop on a cotton bud, on the tag only, two to three times daily. Let the tag fall off on its own and do not pick or cut it. Small tags usually begin drying within one to two weeks. Larger ones take longer. Missing days is the main reason people see no change.
